What we make at Laval
We produce a variety of delicious deli meats. We are a Canadian leader in the production of pepperoni, pizza toppings, deli meats, and a variety of dry-cured products. Passed on from one generation to the next, the production method for our products complies with traditional Italian customs.
Our Laval location
We operate two dry-cured meats facilities in Québec. Our Laval facility, which houses the brand’s office, was built in 2004 and is located in Laval’s industrial district. It is ultramodern and highly sophisticated. We are Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) certified, which recognize that our facility complies with the highest standards for food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
Our premium dry-cured advantage
In our Québec plants, we specialize in producing dry-cured products. We utilize drying rooms, where the environment is meticulously controlled to enable the products to slowly and soundly acquire their unique flavours that make them stand out. We never rush the drying process because it is the source of our distinctive quality.
