Our premium dry-cured advantage

In our Québec plants, we specialize in producing dry-cured products. We utilize drying rooms, where the environment is meticulously controlled to enable the products to slowly and soundly acquire their unique flavours that make them stand out. We never rush the drying process because it is the source of our distinctive quality.
